Global marketing and communications group Stagwell has announced a new head for its MENA office. Sunil John takes over as Senior Advisor to boost collaboration among clients choosing to expand both regionally and globally.

Stagwell operates from offices in Dubai, Riyadh, and Cairo, across a wide spectrum of industries ranging from finance, real estate and technology, to retail and automotive sectors. John, who was named ‘Best PR Professional in the Middle East’, would employ his experience and expertise in the field to further spearhead Stagwell’s growth.

Mark Penn, Chairman and CEO, Stagwell, has said that John’s “unparalleled experience in MENA” is what the company needs to deepen its presence and help clients succeed in a crucial market.

John is also an advisory board member of the Dubai International Chamber.
