Dr. Dhanalakshmi, 54, a General Dentist at Lifecare Hospital, Mussafah, was found dead at her Abu Dhabi residence. Her sudden death has sent shock waves across the UAE and her family in Kerala.
She was known for her community activities and love for writing.

She was a valued member of our team and a constant source of positivity. Many of us will remember her for her kindness and the genuine warmth she shared with everyone around her.”
Her patients remember her for her clinical expertise combined with a gentle attitude. She brought healing in her environment. The hospital affirmed that her contributions as an individual were remarkable. She was a versatile person – a gifted writer and an orator.
“It is truly hard to accept that she is no longer with us. Her absence leaves a space that cannot be filled, but her memory and the many lives she touched will always remain with us. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones during this difficult time. She will be deeply missed,” the hospital said in the statement.
A longtime resident of the UAE, Dr. Dhanalakshmi was an experienced dentist with over 20 years to her credit. She had joined Lifecare Hospital only in August last year. – editor@nrifocus.com
