Sobha Realty, a top luxury real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates, has announced a transition in leadership. PNC Menon, who founded the company in 1976, has been its chairman since then. He is now retiring from his active role. Ravi Menon, the present co-chairman of the company, will assume charge as chairman, effective November 18, 2024.

PNC Menon would continue to operate as founder.
