Punjab National Bank launches exclusive services for NRI customers

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has in a move to expand internationally launched a 24/7 NRI Customer Service Centre at the bank’s office at Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. A host of services that makes banking seamless for NRIs were also introduced.

An exclusive helpline to provide assistance in banking services to NRI customers, a WhatsApp banking service to give customers access to banking facilities via WhatsApp, besides a doorstep document pickup service where the bank will itself pick up the documents from the customer were launched as a part of the package.

Extended toll-free numbers for NRI customers in seven countries is another feature in addition to FCNR-(B) Forward Linked Premium Deposit Scheme for customers with deposits in foreign currency.

PNB has also designed and equipped 50 of its branches across the country to address the needs of NRI customers. In order to answer their queries and sort out their problems, PNB has launched NRI Navigator.
