Here’s good news for Dubai tourists wishing to keep returning to the city more than ever before.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, recently launched an ‘invite-only programme’ called Dubai Access Club.

Aiming to boost tourism in Dubai, the membership programme that would make getting single-entry and multiple-entry tourist visas easy was announced to attract the discerning traveller.

Dubai Access Club offers an exclusive five-year membership with a five-year multiple-entry tourist visa. It comes with plenty of extra rewards for repeat visitors, all at an application fee of Dhs4,032.50.

However, membership to the programme is subject to approval by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).

When selected, applicants get access to a free du SIM and Dhs2,000 credit to spend on a curated selection of the city’s best hotels, attractions and shops.

Hotel room upgrades, lounge access and advance booking windows for events are some of the other exclusive offerings for successful applicants.

Individuals and companies interested in the programme can register through select corporate and loyalty programme partners of Visit Dubai by providing mandatory documents such as a personal photo, a copy of the passport, a six-month bank statement, proof of health insurance and a round-trip ticket. – editor@nrifocus.com
