The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, spoke with the President of the UAE, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on the phone, strongly condemning the recent attacks on the UAE, while thanking the leadership for ensuring the safety and well-being of the NRIs in the UAE.
During the call, Modi reaffirmed India’s rejection of the blatant Iranian attacks on UAE territory. He expressed India’s solidarity with the UAE in every aspect to ensure the safety of its people, and protect the country.
Al Nahyan thanked Modi for India’s support for the UAE.
Both the leaders discussed developments in the Middle East that undermine regional security.
Modi had also, in a post on X, conveyed India’s solidarity with the UAE during the country’s ‘difficult times’. – editor@nrifocus.com
