With over 1000 lawyers across six pan-India locations and one in Singapore, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) has forayed into the Middle East by setting up its second international office in Abu Dhabi.
The office will be led by a team of senior professionals, including some who are in the process of relocating from India and others who are based in the region already, said the firm’s inhouse report.
The office in the Middle East will specialise in Indian law competence around corporate dealings and business affairs.
Cyril Shroff, managing partner, CAM, has said that their presence in the UAE – a thriving hub for global business – was a part of the company’s “larger strategic view of global practice”. He has also affirmed that the UAE presented a big opportunity for CAM due to its growing bond with India. – editor@khaleejtimes.cpm
