Akasa Air flights to Abu Dhabi: Now from Bengaluru and Ahmedabad

Indian low-cost airline Akasa Air, headquartered in Mumbai, has announced the launch of direct flights from Bengaluru and Mumbai to Abu Dhabi as part of its strategic expansion plan. The daily flight will leave from Bengaluru at 10 in the morning to reach Abu Dhabi around 12.30 past noon. The returning flight from Abu Dhabi will leave the UAE’s capital city at 3 a.m. to land in Bengaluru at 8.45 a.m.

As for Ahmedabad, there will be a flight to Abu Dhabi every day at 10.45 p.m., which will land there at 1 a.m., while the returning flight will leave Abu Dhabi at 2.50 p.m. to reach Ahmedabad at 7.25 p.m.

Akasa Air has launched the daily direct flights through a codeshare agreement with Etihad Airways. As of 2024, the airline operated flights to 25 destinations, of which five were international routes. Last July, the airline began operating daily flights between Mumbai and Abu Dhabi. A recent announcement from the airline also confirmed flights connecting Hyderabad and Delhi with Darbhanga in Bihar from April 4. – editor@nrifocus.com
